The final update

The end dimension has been added to Minecraft in 2011 and served as a venue for from Minecraft final boss, the ender dragon. However, over the years the dimension has become obsolete due to the lack of biomes and mobs which would make the location much more useful. As it stands, the End is where players can slay the ender dragon and find items such as the Elytra that aren’t found in the overworld, though it’s mostly filled with empty space and floating platforms that can be difficult to cross.

An end update would require revamping the current look of the dimension, adding new biomes to make exploring a bit more interesting. New monsters such as Enderman variants would also go a long way and could help players find and mine rare resources such as Ender Pearls and Phantom Membranes, the latter of which is used to repair Elytra. Changes to the ending would make it more interesting for players to frequent the dimension and could even open up the game to allow players to create permanent bases in the dimension, introducing new challenges and game types.

Exploration Review

The Wild update added a new biome to from Minecraft overworld as well as one of the most useful objects for exploration, the boat with chest. This update, along with the mountain and cave updates, could be a preview of a more in-depth update focused on adding new exploration features. There are already countless mods that give players items like sleeping bags, grappling hooks, and backpacks that make exploration easier, plus hundreds of new ones. Minecraft biomes that make exploration more interesting.

Mojang has always encouraged the use of mods in its game, and the developer has even occasionally used these mods to add features to the base game for all players to enjoy. Items such as sleeping bags and backpacks would be welcome additions to Minecraft and could make exploration both much safer and much easier. Adding new biomes and mobs to the overworld would also encourage players to venture out, and better structures such as temples and mansions could add a lot more activity for overworld players.

The ancient dimension

from Minecraft Update 1.19 also added a key new feature found deep within the caves, the Ancient City, home to one of the most dangerous monsters in the game: the Guardian. This feature was originally meant to be released during the Caves and Cliffs update and included a new structure found in these ancient cities that strongly resembles a portal. This could have been a clue that Minecraft will add a new dimension to the game accessible through the Ancient City in a future update, and it would definitely be fun to access a whole new dimension to explore.

The Ancient Dimension could house the Guardians and, therefore, could be one of the most dangerous dimensions in the game. Just like with the Nether, it could also contain a new ore that would be more durable and efficient than Netherite, the the current strongest material in the game. Adding this new dimension could also mean Guardians dropping useful loot and giving players a whole lot more to explore. With blocks already set up in the base game, an Ancient Dimension update could be just what players have been waiting for.

Like the rumors of from Minecraft The next big update continues to roll, fans will be eagerly awaiting the arrival of Minecraft Live to find out what Mojang has planned for update 1.20. From a new dimension to redesigning an existing dimension, there are many approaches that can be taken with the next update. Whatever the case, Minecraft Update 1.20 will probably lead tons of fans to explore the world to uncover all the new mysteries when it is released.
